I want to return my product, how do I get a refund?

First, send an email to orders@keyline-usa.com to receive a RMA# - please include your order number and the reason for the return. Goods without an RMA# will not be accepted for return. Then pack your item (if it’s a physical product) and ship it to: 31336 Industrial Parkway, Suites 3 & 4 North Olmsted, OH 44070.

Please read our Return Policy before returning your product. If your product qualifies, we will refund the money when the item is returned to the same card used for payment. If the payment was made through a third-party payment provider like Klarna, please reach out to them for refund times and processes. 

Refunds are placed immediately after the item is returned and it could take up to 10 business days to see it reflected in your bank account.

Products will be shipped within 3 business days. You will receive an email with your shipping information. Shipping rates vary depending on your order amount.

Customs and Import Taxes/Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Keyline USA is not responsible for any customs or international shipping delays due to customs.

Can I shop from any country?

Keyline Store is just targeted to North America (US & Canada) for now. 

Do you ship to residential addresses?

Yes, we do. 

What are the payment options?

Keyline Store offers a variety of options for you to choose from. You can pay with a credit card, your Paypal account, or financing with Klarna.

Do you offer any financing for your products?

Yes, Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna. As mentioned above, Klarna is an option for users who prefer to spread out their payments. It is very easy to apply - you just need to provide them with your information and they will reply to you within 24 hours. I have a discount code, where can I insert it? 

On the checkout page, insert your discount code in the “Discount Code” box. Click 'Apply' and you will see your discount applied to your order.

Do I need to have an account to buy your products?

The Keyline Store is open to security professionals to purchase our products. Prices are based on demand and availability.
