Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Keyline USA is not responsible for any customs or international shipping delays due to customs.

You will receive an email with the code you have purchased within 2 business days.

RETURNS
Keyline accepts returns within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in the original, unused condition including the original packaging. Return requests after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including--but not limited to--gift cards and software products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please e-mail orders@keyline-usa.com to receive a RMA#. Goods without an RMA# will not be accepted for return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to post to your account. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at orders@keyline-usa.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@keyline-usa.com to requests an RMA. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
